Property Inspections
iRestore offers no-cost exterior inspections to evaluate potential storm damage or restoration needs.
Inspection findings are based on visual observations and professional experience at the time of inspection.
An inspection:

Property conditions may change due to weather, structural factors, or material deterioration.
No-Obligation Inspection Guarantee
iRestore Illinois, Inc. offers exterior inspections as a no-cost, no-obligation service.
Scheduling an inspection does not require the homeowner to enter into a service agreement with iRestore.
Inspection findings are provided to help homeowners understand the condition of their property and potential repair options. Homeowners are free to seek additional opinions or choose another contractor at their discretion.
Insurance Claim Assistance Disclaimer
iRestore may assist homeowners in documenting property damage and providing repair estimates that may be submitted to an insurance carrier.
However:
• iRestore is not a public adjuster
• iRestore does not negotiate insurance claim settlements
• iRestore does not guarantee insurance claim approval
Insurance coverage decisions, claim determinations, and payment amounts are made solely by the homeowner’s insurance provider.
Any statements made by iRestore representatives regarding potential insurance coverage are opinions based on visible conditions and professional experience and should not be interpreted as guarantees of claim approval.
Homeowners remain responsible for reviewing their insurance policies and communicating directly with their insurance provider.
Insurance & Affiliation Disclaimer
iRestore Illinois, Inc. is an independent exterior restoration contractor and is not affiliated with any insurance company, government agency, or insurance adjuster organization.
Insurance claim approvals and settlement decisions are made solely by the homeowner’s insurance provider.

Right to Cancel Notice
Certain home improvement agreements may be subject to consumer protection laws that provide homeowners with the right to cancel a contract within a specified time period.
If a service agreement is signed at a homeowner’s residence or following a door-to-door consultation, the homeowner may have the right to cancel the agreement within the time period required by applicable law.
Cancellation instructions will be outlined in the written service agreement provided at the time of contract signing.

Craftsmanship Warranty
iRestore Illinois, Inc. offers a 10-Year Craftsmanship Warranty on qualifying exterior restoration projects.
This warranty applies only to workmanship performed by iRestore and does not replace or modify manufacturer warranties on materials.
Warranty Eligibility
The 10-Year Craftsmanship Warranty is issued only after project completion and once all final balances have been paid in full.
If any portion of the project balance remains unpaid, the warranty will not be issued or considered active until payment has been received.

The warranty covers defects resulting from installation workmanship performed by iRestore.
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

The warranty becomes void if the installed system is modified, repaired, or replaced by another contractor without written approval from iRestore.
Material defects are typically covered under manufacturer warranties.
Material Price Fluctuation Clause
Construction material prices may fluctuate due to market conditions, supply chain disruptions, or manufacturer adjustments.
If material costs increase significantly between the time of estimate and the time materials are purchased, iRestore reserves the right to adjust project pricing to reflect updated material costs.
Homeowners will be notified of any necessary adjustments before work proceeds.
Weather Delay & Scheduling Clause
Exterior restoration work is dependent on weather conditions and site safety.
Project timelines may be affected by:

• providing claim documentation when applicable
• scheduling adjuster meetings if necessary
• communicating with insurance carriers
• approving material selections in a timely manner
Delays caused by lack of homeowner cooperation may affect scheduling or project timelines.
Unforeseen Damage Clause
